Cargo door problem

Here’s the text to the listening from yesterday.

Enjoy!!

An ATR-42 , with 36 passengers on board was taxiing to the runway when the captain noticed a cargo door warning light. He thought it was a malfunction and continued with the takeoff.
As the plane took off it didn’t pressurize correctly and as a result, the captain decided to return to their airport of origin before reaching FL080. They landed safely 12 minutes after departure.
After an inspection on the ground, it was discovered that the cargo door had not been closed properly.

Runway incursion

Here’s the text to the listening from yesterday. Enjoy!!

A small private aircraft was taxiing towards the runway after receiving taxi instructions. The pilot flying was told to hold short of the runway and wait for clearance.
At the same time an Airbus A320 was lined up and holding on the opposite end of the runway for takeoff. The A320 was given clearance to take off and began its roll for takeoff.
30 seconds later the small private aircraft radioed ATC to say that they had made a taxi error and that they were on the threshold of the runway.
The A320 had lifted off at this point and there was no collision between the two aircraft, but an investigation will start to find out what happened.
