A 747 was climbing out from its airport of origin when the crew requested clearance to stop their climb at FL080. They reported that they were shutting down the number 4 engine due to low oil pressure. Then they requested clearance to dump fuel. They climbed to FL100 while dumping fuel and returned to their airport of origin for a safe landing about one hour after departure.
